I placed an order, when will it ship?
Shipping times can vary. Depending if your products are pre order or available please allow 5-7 business days.
How long will my items take to arrive?
Once shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping provider. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your products. If something isn’t right, please contact the salon within 7 days. Products must be unopened and in original condition.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us straight away and we’ll make it right.
Do you sell the products you use in-salon?
Yes! Everything we sell is something we genuinely use and love in the salon.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we only stock brands that are cruelty-free and align with our salon values.
